Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to support business growth in the US SMB SaaS market.
Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end marketing programs, including digital marketing, content strategy, SEO/SEM, email marketing, events and social media campaigns.
Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies to drive awareness and engagement.
Lead the creation of compelling content and collateral to support sales efforts and nurture leads through the funnel.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship and professional development.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Requirements:
15+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on SaaS solutions for SMBs in the US market.
Proven expertise in running successful end-to-end marketing programs and campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, demand generation, and growth marketing techniques.
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms.
