Finance Manager

Oversee day-to-day accounting activities including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliation. Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and policies. Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast. Manage compliance requirements related to GST, income tax, Companies Act. Implement and maintain internal control measures to mitigate financial risks and prevent fraud. Leading and mentoring a team of finance professionals.
