Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Manager located in Tamil Nadu, India.

- The Collections Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day collections operations, supervising collection agents, implementing collection strategies, and ensuring timely payment recovery from customers.

Qualifications:

- Experience in collections management, debt recovery, and financial analysis.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to debt collection.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

- Experience in the Fin-Tech industry is a plus.
