We are looking for skilled Technical Support Engineers who will be responsible for installing, managing, and providing technical support (at both OS and application level in Linux and Windows environments) for our customers
Looking for candidates with 1-2 years experience, and should be open to travel for client on-site visits when needed
Responsibilities:
Installation and configuration of Linux servers
Installation and configuration of customer applications in Linux and Windows
Provide technical support for Linux and Windows servers, systems, and customer applications via phone and ticketing system
Coordinate application-specific requirements between customer and application vendors
Resolve user queries remotely using TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc
Create bash scripts for common activities like backup
Provide input on ways to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of the environment
Be available for on-site visits when needed
Experiences:
1-2 years of previous working experience
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar relevant degree
Tech-savvy, with in-depth knowledge of Linux: RedHat, CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu, etc
Good knowledge of Docker containers
Strong knowledge of networking and its troubleshooting
Previous experience working with Nginx web server
Additional Linux certifications (RHCT, RHCE, RHCA) will be considered an advantage
Solid knowledge of protocols such as DNS, HTTP, LDAP, SMTP
Strong problem-solving and excellent communication skills in English (Hindi will be an added advantage)
