What are the key milestones of this role and what is the added value of this role to the organizationInstead of listing out a set of desired experience, this is an opportunity to further describe the role and the functions of the role. What You ll Be Doing List and describe the key responsibilities of the role.
- Work with AR and Revenue team to create invoices, post cash payments, bill customer on their billing portals.
- Sending out collection notices, enabling customer permission on our portal, working with our sales team to resolve issues,
- Sales tax issues, posting cash payments on accounts, and other tasks as requested by the finance department.

- Past experience working with foreign corporations.
- Required to work during the normal US west coast working hours (9AM to 5PM Pacific)
- NetSuite experience
- Experience required: 3+ years
- You are meticulous, detail-oriented, and have an inclination for documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter, manages time efficiently, able to complete work in a timely manner without active supervision
