Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the air and sea freight sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and presentations to customers.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of logistics services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on leads to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Proven experience in sales within the air and sea freight/logistics industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of air and sea freight services and industry regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer accounts effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and software.
