Job Title: Data Analyst - Fintech

- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst with 2 to 4 years of work experience to join our team.

- In this role, you will play a pivotal role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support informed decision-making and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Extraction:

- Gather data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets and APIs,

- Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Data Analysis:

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

- Conduct analysis and data modeling to generate insights and forecasts.

- Create data visualizations and reports to present findings to stakeholders.

Data Interpretation and Insight Generation:

- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for business improvements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide data-driven solutions.

Data Quality Assurance:

- Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

- Identify and address data quality issues promptly.

Qualifications

- Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

- Proven work experience as a Data Analyst, with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.

- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is advantageous.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e. , SQL, Python, R). Experience with data visualization tools (e. , Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
