FatakPay - Automation Test Engineer - Python/Selenium (2-5 yrs)

Title : Automation Test Engineer

We are looking for an Automation Test Engineer with experience 2-5 years with expertise in both manual and automation testing using Python, Selenium, and Git.

As a QA, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through meticulous testing and bug reporting.

Primary Skills :

- Proven work experience in Python and Selenium.

- Expertise practical knowledge of automated testing tools Appium & Selenium.

- Experience in writing or enhancing test cases, methodologies and framework including interpretation of functional and non-functional requirements and translation into appropriate scenarios.

- Strong experience with debugging and isolating defects.

- Experienced in Agile or scrum development methodologies.

- Strong knowledge in SDLC and STLC lifecycle.

- Proven experience as a Test Automation Engineer or similar role with strong programming skills in Python.

- Experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks and scripts in using test automation tools, such as Selenium WebDriver,Appium.

- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.

- Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibility :

- Develop and implement test automation strategies, frameworks, and scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Appium,Selenium.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand testing requirements and identify areas suitable for automation.

- Execute automated test scripts, analyze test results, and report any issues or defects.

- Strong experience in API testing.

- Should experience in CICD pipelines.

- Work closely with developers to ensure proper test coverage and timely resolution of issues.

- Continuously improve and optimize test automation processes and frameworks.

- Collaborate with other testers to ensure a seamless integration of automated and manual testing efforts.
