Key Responsibilities

Prepare purchase orders and confirm orders with suppliers to ensure timely procurement
Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary to prevent stock shortages
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine product specifications and requirements
Analyze market trends and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance
Review and approve supplier invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance
Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery
Conduct regular audits of supplier performance and address any non-compliance issues
Assist in developing purchasing strategies aligned with company objectives
Provide reports and insights on purchasing activities and expenditures to management

Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing
Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Understanding of legal aspects related to procurement and contracting
Experience in supplier evaluation and relationship management
