Job Summary:
The Aesthetics Head is responsible for overseeing the salons beauty and aesthetics services, ensuring exceptional client experiences, managing a team of aestheticians and beauty therapists, and driving business growth through service excellence. This role requires a mix of technical expertise in beauty services, leadership skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:1. Service Delivery:
Oversee and deliver advanced beauty and skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser therapies, and other aesthetic services.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, products, and technologies.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
2. Team Management:
Recruit, train, and mentor aestheticians, beauty therapists, and junior staff.
Assign and monitor staff schedules, appointments, and responsibilities.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
3. Client Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
Address client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Provide consultations to recommend personalized aesthetic treatments and beauty routines.
4. Operational Oversight:
Ensure that salon equipment is maintained and functioning properly.
