Job Summary:

The Aesthetics Head is responsible for overseeing the salons beauty and aesthetics services, ensuring exceptional client experiences, managing a team of aestheticians and beauty therapists, and driving business growth through service excellence. This role requires a mix of technical expertise in beauty services, leadership skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Service Delivery:

Oversee and deliver advanced beauty and skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser therapies, and other aesthetic services.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, products, and technologies.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

2. Team Management:

Recruit, train, and mentor aestheticians, beauty therapists, and junior staff.
Assign and monitor staff schedules, appointments, and responsibilities.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

3. Client Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
Address client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Provide consultations to recommend personalized aesthetic treatments and beauty routines.

4. Operational Oversight:

Ensure that salon equipment is maintained and functioning properly.
Monitor inventory of beauty products, tools, and supplies; coordinate replenishment.
Assist in creating and achieving monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

5. Business Development:

Identify opportunities for expanding the salons aesthetic offerings.
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote new treatments and products.
Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative services to attract new clientele.

6. Compliance and Standards:

Ensure all treatments adhere to legal and ethical guidelines.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sterilization, and client safety.
Handle proper documentation of treatments, client records, and service reports.

Skills and Qualifications:

Diploma/Certification in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or Dermatology (or equivalent).
Proven experience (5+ years) as an aesthetician, beauty therapist, or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and technologies.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-service-oriented with a professional attitude.
Sales and business acumen to drive revenue and meet salon targets.
