Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Interior Visualizer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D modeling and rendering, with a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of interior design principles. As a 3D Interior Visualizer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, photorealistic visualizations that bring design concepts to life. The role demands proficiency in 3D design software, strong artistic skills, and an ability to communicate design ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Create accurate, detailed, and aesthetically appealing 3D interior visualizations for various design projects (residential, commercial, etc.).
Work closely with interior designers, architects, and clients to understand design concepts and transform them into photorealistic 3D renderings.
Use 3D modeling software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Blender, or 3ds Max) to create 3D models of interior spaces.
Apply appropriate materials, textures, lighting, and other visual elements to ensure the final renderings are realistic and of the highest quality.
Utilize rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, Corona Renderer) to produce photorealistic visualizations.
Enhance final renders with post-production software like Adobe Photoshop for image manipulation and improvements.
Stay updated with the latest trends in interior design and 3D visualization technologies, including VR/AR tools, to continuously improve visualizations.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure visualizations align with the projects aesthetic and functional goals.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality visuals that meet or exceed client expectations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Background:
Bachelor s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Computer Graphics/3D Modeling, Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or related fields.
A Juris Doctor (J.D.) or law degree is not required unless working in a legal capacity related to design contracts or property law.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Blender, and 3ds Max.
Expertise in rendering engines like V-Ray, Lumion, or Corona Renderer.
Strong command of Adobe Photoshop for post-production and image enhancement.
Knowledge of interior design principles, including spatial arrangement, color schemes, furniture design, and lighting.
Familiarity with Virtual Reality (VR) or Augmented Reality (AR) is a plus.

Portfolio:
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D interior visualizations, highlighting creativity, technical proficiency, and the ability to work with various architectural styles and layouts.

Certifications (Optional but Beneficial):
Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) for AutoCAD or Revit.
V-Ray Certified Professional (if specializing in V-Ray rendering).
SketchUp Pro Certification.

Experience:

Proven experience as a 3D Interior Visualizer or in a similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating practical experience in creating high-quality visualizations.
Experience working with design firms or freelancing is advantageous.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication skills for understanding client needs and presenting design ideas effectively.
Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
High level of creativity and problem-solving ability.
Attention to detail, especially with textures, lighting, and materials, to ensure realism.

Work Environment:

Collaborative team environment working closely with designers, architects, and clients.
