Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate selection criteria
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources to support the recruitment efforts
Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and recommend innovative approaches to attract and retain top talent
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and objectives
