Job Description
- We are seeking a talented and experienced Manager of Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic team
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments within the organization
- This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's staffing needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate selection criteria
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources to support the recruitment efforts
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and recommend innovative approaches to attract and retain top talent
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and objectives
