Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Develop and implement methods to reduce waste and optimize resource utilization.
Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard operating procedures. Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to improve workflow and layouts.
Monitor production performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
Lead cost-reduction initiatives while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Prepare and present reports on process improvements and operational performance.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in industrial engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization.
Proficiency in CAD software and statistical analysis tools.
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
Min. 5 years should have certification on MOST Techniques and MTM 1/2/UAS will be preferred.
