Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager - Finance & Adminisration
Salary: Up to 2.25 - 6.00 lac per annum (depending on experience)

Place of work: Sector 53, Gurugram (100m from Sec 53 Metro Station)
Job Summary:
You will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the organization. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a focus on transactional tasks, including accounts management, financial processing, and general administrative support.
Responsibilities:
1. Financial Transactions:
o Process accounts payable transactions, including verifying invoices, coding
expenses, and ensuring timely payments.
o Handle accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing, tracking payments, and
managing customer accounts.
o Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely disbursement of
salaries.
o Complete inventory management including label printing and stock take.
2. Record Keeping and Documentation:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the organization's database
or accounting software.
o Organize and file financial documents, such as invoices, receipts, and bank
statements.
o Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements as needed.
3. Administrative Support:
o Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing
office supplies, and coordinating meetings.
o Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for staff.

o Handle basic procurement tasks, such as obtaining quotes and processing
purchase orders.
4. Compliance and Reporting:
o Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
o Assist in the preparation of documentation for internal and external audits.
o Generate routine financial reports for internal use.
5. Team Collaboration:
o Collaborate with other departments to gather and organize financial information.
o Work closely with the finance and administration team to achieve collective goals.
o Assist in special projects and tasks as assigned by senior management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Entry-level or minimal experience in finance and administration.
• Basic understanding of financial transactions and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
