Job Description :
This pivotal role will combine medical expertise with business acumen to drive the growth and success of our courses and products, while ensuring they meet the needs of clinical professionals.
Key Responsibilities :
  • Review and analyze our courses and product portfolio, ensuring they align with the latest industry standards and meet the evolving needs of healthcare professionals.
  • Identify opportunities for new categories and innovative offerings to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing and content teams to develop compelling content and go-to-market strategies that resonate with our target audience.
  • Work in conjunction with the sales team to build market relevance and empower them to effectively position our courses to medical professionals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including medical associations, academic institutions, and industry experts.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in medical education, clinical practices, and technology to ensure our offerings remain at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications:
  • Medical degree (MBBS/MD) with a strong background in clinical practice.
  • Demonstrated experience in medical education, healthcare market development, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to understand the needs of healthcare professionals and translate them into successful product strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and identify market opportunities.
  • Strong business acumen and a track record of contributing to revenue growth in a healthcare or education-related setting.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to effectively partner with cross-functional teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think creatively and take calculated risks.
  • Passion for advancing medical education and improving patient outcomes.
