- Desired Candidate Profile:
- Over 10 years of experience as a Technical Architect, designing and implementing large-scale, complex systems.
- Proficient in multiple programming languages and frameworks, including Java 8, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, REST APIs, React, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
- Expertise in software architecture patterns, cloud computing (AWS, Azure), microservices, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of database design, data modeling, and integration patterns.
- Experience with agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to mentor and lead technical teams, providing guidance and knowledge transfer.
- Design and implement large-scale, complex systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
- Develop and maintain high-quality architecture documentation, including system blueprints, technical specifications, and integration guides.
- Provide architectural guidance and oversight to development teams, ensuring best practices and design principles are adhered to.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions.
- Lead the design and development of microservices, leveraging containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Drive cloud strategy and implementation using AWS or Azure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute design innovations to the systems. Participate in code reviews.
- Implement DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
- Follow good security coding practices to ensure the application is free of the most common coding vulnerabilities .
- Good to have Experience working with international clients.
- Experience in the healthcare domain, particularly with US-based customers/projects.
