We are seeking a dynamic and talented Creative Print Designer with expertise in ideation, visualization, and creative design to join our team. As a Creative Print Designer, you will play a key role in shaping our brand identity and driving the design of innovative, visually appealing materials that align with our marketing objectives.
Key Responsibility Areas
Conceptualization & Ideation : Develop and generate creative design concepts that align with the company s goals, vision, and target audience.
Logo & Branding Design : Create innovative and memorable logos and brand assets that effectively represent the company s identity across multiple channels.
Marketing Collateral Design : Design a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and digital ads, ensuring visual appeal and brand consistency.
Magazine & Print Design : Lead the design and layout for printed publications, including magazines, reports, and promotional materials.
Sales & Presentation Materials : Design impactful sales presentations, proposals, and other marketing collaterals that enhance the sales process.
Creative Decision-Making : Take bold, innovative design decisions and continuously push creative boundaries while staying aligned with project objectives.
Collaboration & Feedback : Work closely with internal teams (marketing, content, product, etc.) to refine and iterate on designs based on feedback and strategic goals.
Ensure Consistency : Maintain design consistency across all platforms and touchpoints, ensuring the company s visual identity is clearly communicated.

Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure, delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
Ability to concentrate for long periods, maintaining focus and precision throughout design tasks.
Good color vision, ensuring designs are visually appealing and consistent with brand guidelines.
Aptitude for working with new technology, and staying current with software updates and design trends.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear collaboration and presentation of ideas.
Ability to work as part of a team, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Preferred Qualification & Experience
Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on logo design, magazine layout, advertising, and sales/marketing collateral.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat). MS PowerPoint and MS Word will be an added advantage.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and expertise across various design projects.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
