Mandatory:

Certification : Minimum PEGA CSSA

Working on REST integration, Agents, and file listeners

Process flows, Screen Flows, Data model, Properties, Class structure, Sections, Flow actions, Activities, Declarative rules and Decision rules

Queue Processor, decision rules, process follows, case management, etc

Data Model designing

CICD implementation in PEGA

Good Agile experience and Analytical skills

Customer facing experience is a must

Good written and spoken knowledge of English

Good to have:

Knowledge of Pega Constellation

Work experience in banking domain

Strong ability to work in an autonomous way
