Eximietas Design - Full Stack Engineer - React.js/Node.js (3-6 yrs)

Role Overview :

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing both the front-end and back-end components of our web applications. You will work closely with other engineers, product managers, and designers to build and maintain high-quality web platforms that offer seamless user experiences. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and a strong understanding of how to build scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications.

- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, including database management, server-side logic, and user interfaces.

- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React.js or other modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the application is intuitive and aesthetically pleasing.

- Develop server-side logic using Node.js and Express.

- Build APIs, handle requests, and ensure smooth interaction between the front end and the back end.

- Integrate third-party APIs and services where needed.

- Design and maintain database schemas using MongoDB or SQL databases.

- Write optimized queries to ensure efficient data retrieval and storage.

- Ensure proper data security, integrity, and performance.

- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and efficiency.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues to ensure a high-quality user experience.

- Use version control systems like Git and platforms like GitHub or GitLab for code management.

- Participate in code reviews and work in an Agile environment, collaborating with team members and stakeholders.

- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure application stability.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration and deployment processes.

- Ensure high-quality code with robust test coverage.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, frameworks, and technologies.

- Take the initiative in improving internal processes and workflows to enhance team productivity.

Technical Skills :

- Strong experience with React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.

- Proficiency in MongoDB (or other NoSQL databases), SQL databases, and ORM tools.

- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).

- Experience with front-end tools such as Webpack, Babel, or Gulp.

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.

- Experience with Git for version control.

- Experience in building server-side applications with Node.js.

- Familiarity with server-side languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.

- Experience with authentication, authorization, and session management.
