Responsibilities:
1. Review of Raw and Finished product specification.
2. Ensuring of Good Laboratory Practice in Quality Control department.
3. Review of Audit trial records.
4. Reviewing of analytical records.
5. Review of instrument calibration and equipment qualification documents related to QC.
6. Review of analytical method validation and analytical method verification documents.
7. Review of method edit forms and stability protocols.
8. Review of all logbooks.
9. Review of quality backup and restoration data.
10. Handling of reserve sample room.
11. Verification of samples (raw material, in-process/intermediates and finished products.
12. To ensure the Analyst qualification.
13. Review of working standards.
14. Handling of Deviation, Change control, OOT, OOS, Laboratory incidents, Investigations and annual trends.
15. Co-ordination for CAPA implementation verification and closure.
16. Review of instrument and equipment preventive maintenance.
17. To review and ensure the temperature and humidity monitoring and recording of laboratory area as per the requirement.
