Executive - Accounts (Delhi)

Location: Delhi

Experience: 1-3 years

Role & responsibilities

• Handling different types of invoice Payments.
• Process payment within agreed TAT
• Correct Booking of Expenses
• Calculation of sales and collection incentive and booking of invoices through SAP.

Preferred candidate profile

• Verification of Vendor Bills/Employee Claims/Petty Cash/Rent/GST Vouchers as per Policy.
• 100% Accuracy in verification within given TAT
• Handling Payments.
• Correct Deduction of TDS and Booking of GST on Payments
• Preparation of MIS/Presentations.
• Handling of Audit deliverables pertaining to Payables including preparation of related Audit Schedules.
• Calculation of sales and collection incentive and invoice booking .
• Co-ordination with product team and collection team for understanding of payout schemes and resolving queries if any.
• Cross functional co-ordination.
• Preparation of monthly Provision for expenses and prepaid schedules.
• Expense and open liability GL scrutiny for identifying unusual item.
• Vendor reconciliation on periodic basis.
• Taking initiatives for process improvement and system automation.
