Job Title: Interior Designer

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and creative Interior Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will design and develop interior spaces that are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and meet clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and Planning: Create 2D and 3D designs, floor plans, and elevations for interior commercial and office spaces.

2. Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.

3. Material Selection: Select and specify materials, finishes, and furniture for interior spaces.

4. Space Planning: Plan and optimize interior spaces to meet clients' needs and ensure efficient use of space.

5. Project Management: Manage interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with site teams, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.

7. Design Software: Proficiently use design software such as AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator, and SketchUp.

8. Office Software: Proficiently use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

2. Experience: 3-4 years of experience in interior design.

3. Skills: Excellent design, communication, and project management skills.

4. Software: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, and SketchUp.

5. Certifications: Certification not required; practical knowledge preferred.

Nice to Have

1. Master's Degree: Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

2. LEED AP: LEED Accredited Professional certification.

3. Experience with Sustainable Design: Experience with sustainable design principles and practices.
