SAP S/4HANA Consultant - Implementation & Support (4-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

SAP S/4HANA Implementation and Support :

- Drive the implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA solutions, focusing on core modules and industry-specific functionalities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA to meet business needs.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

RAP Fiori Development :

- Design, develop, and deploy user-friendly Fiori applications using SAP's Rapid Application Programming (RAP) framework.

- Create intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences.

- Ensure Fiori applications align with SAP's Fiori design guidelines.

API Development with CDS :

- Develop robust and efficient APIs using Core Data Services (CDS) to expose data and services to various applications.

- Design and implement API specifications, including data models, OData services, and security measures.

- Integrate APIs with SAP and non-SAP systems.

SAP ABAP Development :

- Leverage ABAP programming skills to develop custom reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows.

- Utilize CDS views and AMDPs for data modeling and complex calculations.

- Implement SAP enhancement techniques like EXITS, BADIs, and the new enhancement framework.

- Integration with Non-SAP Systems:

- Design and implement integration solutions using various technologies, including RFCs, BAPIs, ALE/IDOC, OData, and Web Services.

- Ensure seamless data exchange and synchronization between SAP and non-SAP systems.

Problem-Solving and Innovation :

- Identify and analyze complex technical issues.

- Propose innovative solutions to improve system performance, scalability, and user experience.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and support.

- Strong hands-on experience with RAP Fiori and API development using CDS.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP ABAP programming, including RICEFW, CDS, and AMDP.

- Proficiency in SAP enhancement techniques.

- Excellent understanding of integration technologies (RFCs, BAPIs, ALE/IDOC, OData, Web Services).

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification in SAP S/4HANA or related technologies.

- Experience in specific industry verticals (e., manufacturing, retail, healthcare).

- Knowledge of cloud-based SAP solutions (e., SAP S/4HANA Cloud)
