About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Module Lead to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of talented developers in the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products that meet the evolving needs of our business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 .NET developers, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise.
- Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable .NET CORE applications based on microservice architecture.
- Develop and implement cloud-based solutions, leveraging cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated fare collection applications.
- Manage and optimize databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Oversee all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including code quality, security, and performance.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and operations.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement within the team and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Required Skills :
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET CORE and microservice architecture.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions.
- Hands-on experience with automated fare collection applications.
- Proficiency in managing and optimizing databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to effectively lead and mentor a team of 10-15 members.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to work with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Technical Skills :
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
