Vice President - Cost Analytics (10-12 yrs)

About the Job:

- This role requires a highly analytical and results-oriented individual to lead the Cost Analytics function within our organization.

- The Vice President will be responsible for developing and maintaining sophisticated cost models, conducting in-depth analyses, and providing strategic insights to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Analytical Excellence:

- Develop and maintain proprietary benchmarking models to estimate granular product-level key performance metrics.

- Organize, analyze, synthesize, and summarize data and information using appropriate analytical methodologies and frameworks.

- Conduct quantitative analysis as necessary.

- Analyze the relationship between cost drivers and reported/estimated costs, identifying variances and their underlying reasons.

Execution Excellence & Stakeholder Management:

- Build, maintain, and update cost estimates and allocation methodology models based on public and private data sources and client feedback.

- Identify cost drivers for cost types from public sources (e. , cost of property in key locations, technology costs).

- Prepare output with analytical insights for clients, leveraging industry experience, internal, external, and client data sources.

- Present these findings to senior stakeholders effectively.

- Drive various internal and external discussions to validate input data.

- Coordinate with other research delivery teams in India and relationship managers across geographical locations for deliverables.

Qualifications:

- Education: Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in cost analysis, financial modeling, or a related field within a consulting, financial services, or research environment.

- Proven experience leading and managing high-performing teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
