- Content Creation Skills: Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different social media platforms.
- Analytics Proficiency: Proficient in social media analytics tools (e. , Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and experience in using data to optimize social media performance.
- Creative Mindset: Ability to think creatively and outside the box to drive engagement and brand growth.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with Paid Social Media Campaigns: Experience in running paid ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Twitter is a plus
