ITBM Architect

MUST Have

• More than 8 years of development, configuration, upgrades, orchestration, and integration experience in building solution on ServiceNow platform.
• Work closely with Customers to understand and translate their business and technical requirements, propose solutions to business problems and lead the technical delivery and implementation of the chosen solution.
• Strong and hands on architect and designing capabilities. Must be able to single-handedly propose, own the architecture and design solution, execute proof of concept independently and execute innovative solution.
• Strong Knowledge and hands on experience on ITBM, Service Request management and Platform management.
• Should be able to work independently and in agile manner.
• Nice to have the ServiceNow product management experience.
• Strong flare for innovation and research, and able to apply it to practice.
• Excellent communication skills - Should be able to drive customer presentations, explain solutions to customer audience, drive innovation workshop with customer in areas of cloud and mobility architectures.
• ServiceNow System Administrator and Application Developer, Certification preferred.
