Responsibilities:

• Solid understanding of the manufacturing and analytical requirements for site transfer and tech transfer implementation.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Master Formula Card, BMR/BPR, Process Validation Documents, and Product Development Reports.
• Scheduling and implementing Pilot batches, scale-up batches, exhibit batches, trail batches, and site transfer batches at the plant.
• Follow up on project timelines at each stage to achieve the agreed timeframes.
• Prepare documentation for batch records and process validation.
• Strong manufacturing knowledge of tablets, capsules, and sachets.
• Prepare reports on the suitability of equipment and determine batch sizes based on suitability.
• Collaborate with all cross-functional teams at Plant, R&D, and the project management team to ensure project completion within the specified timeframe.
• Communicate effectively with the project owner and, if required, the cross-functional members of the project owner.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and quality standards.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of tech transfer processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor and track performance metrics related to tech transfer and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness within the team and the organization.
• Provide training and development programs for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in tech transfer.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and maintain high-quality standards.
• Represent the tech transfer team in meetings, presentations, and discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage change control processes to ensure all changes are documented, reviewed, and approved.
• Handle deviations and ensure proper documentation, investigation, and resolution.
• Lead investigations into tech transfer-related issues and customer complaints, ensuring effective resolution.
• Oversee product initiation processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
