Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled MIS Specialist with a focus on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both MEP engineering and information systems, responsible for developing and managing MIS solutions that enhance the efficiency, performance, and management of MEP projects.
Job Responsibilities -
- Design and implement MIS solutions tailored to MEP projects.
- Integrate MIS with existing MEP design and management tools (e.g., AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, BIM).
- Ensure seamless data flow between different MEP systems and software.
Data Management -
- Develop and manage databases for MEP project data, ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Create and manage data reporting systems to provide insights into MEP project performance.
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making processes in MEP projects.
Project Management Support -
- Support MEP project managers with the implementation and utilization of MIS tools.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans using MIS.
- Monitor MEP project progress and generate reports for stakeholders.
Qualification - Graduate
Experience - Minimum of 2 years of experience in MEP engineering and/or MIS roles.
Must Have -
- Proven experience in developing and managing MIS for MEP projects.
- Familiarity with MEP design and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, BIM).
- Strong understanding of MEP engineering principles and practices.
- Proficiency in database management and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI).
