Job Description
- Ability to do root cause analysis & provide insight to product team for enhancement of the product.
- Close monitoring of all the clients and ensure defect free support with utmost regards to cost & time overrun.
- Managing attrition and refresher training to Delivery Team, Relationship management with all stakeholders to achieve desired sign offs in timely manner.
- Demonstrated ability to manage & deliver large initiative involving multiple clients.
- Good understanding of IT Infrastructure platforms such asNetworking, Storage etc.
- Execute programs that lead to improvements in support and request process/execution
- Ensure successful management of daily support operations
- Hands on in Linux OS/ DB Knowledge.
- Maintain and improve Client Satisfaction ratings.
- Advocate to SLA with the customer.
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, problem solving and communication skills

- 4 to 8 years of hands on experience with UI Development in Angular or above , JavaScript, HTML/CSS
- Experience with Backend API integration, SSO/IDAM Integration.
- Knowledge of DB, SQL etc.
- Good communication & collaboration skills
Experience :- 7 to 15 Years

Job Description:
- Around 7-15 years experience in Sales /Business Development of IT Software Solutions and Products.
- Atleast 5+ years of experience ofSoftware Solution sales to telecom.
- Having Experience in Mobile Money and TopUP preferable.
- Prefer exp. / exposure in Africa and Middle East, Far East, MENA markets focussed on Telecom and BFSI.
- Good English communication and presentation skills a must.
- Preference will be given to people from Telecom and Banking industries background.
- Willing to achieve individual &team revenue targets.
- Willing to travel Domestic & international.
- Experience in handling high value tenders & RFPs.
- Proven track record of negotiating/closing high value commercial deals.
- A team player with leadership skills.
Mandatory Skills
- Prefer engineering background with MBA (at least one of the two).
- B.Tech- Computer science, BCA, MCA and M.Tech with the same.
