Product Manager - Lubricants
Job Description:
- Proactive development of marketing and promotional mix to meet brand objectives and customer needs
- Monitoring business performance and external environment via appropriate tools to deliver corrective action as required meeting business objectives
- Liaison with external agencies to deliver initiatives for the brand
- Accurate management of budgets for the brand
- Create and deliver operational plans appropriate to the life cycle of the brand to optimize return for org and take full accountability for the brand and delivery of all programs related to it
- Understanding and use of marketing principles and NP4 process to deliver to customer needs
- Disease and market understanding to develop customer insights through appropriate techniques/tools
- Develop and manage product roadmaps that align with business objectives and user needs.
- Define product vision, features, and requirements based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless product development.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Analyze productivity metrics and customer feedback to drive product improvements.
- Interface with clients and business partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Role & responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management : Formulate product portfolio and execute product life cycle management at business unit to provide /offer a comprehensive range to the market.
- Product Road Map : Develop new products and services for domestic and export market to grow market share & improve customer experience.
- Profit & Loss : Monitor profitability through cost and price measures for business sustenance.
- Sourcing Activities : Liaison with go to source cross functional team for source assessments, cost management and material procurement management to meet market requirements.
- Project Management : Drive growth projects at Automotive Aftermarket division for growth opportunities.
- Data and Content Management : Create and manage product data for the product portfolio to facilitate the development of catalogs, packaging, promotional and training content.
