Data Analyst

Experience:

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in data analytics and visualization, including client-facing roles and leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, present findings, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Perform complex data analysis using SQL, Metabase, Advanced Excel, and Power BI to extract actionable insights.
• Design and build reporting dashboards and visualizations to facilitate decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and security across all reporting activities.
• Manage data-driven projects, ensuring timely delivery of actionable solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in SQL and Metabase.
• Expertise in Advanced Excel and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for effective client coordination.
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and manage a team.
