Customer Success Intern Role & Responsibilities: Assist in onboarding new clients by providing training and resources. Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues. Collaborate with the customer success team to identify and resolve customer concerns. Monitor customer usage and provide insights to improve engagement. Contribute to the development of customer success processes and strategies.
Preferred Candidate Profile: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Basic proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
