Roles and Responsibilities Design and implement scalable, efficient, and robust web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express

js, Node
js)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Work on both front-end and back-end development tasks
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into our development processes
Requirements Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+
Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express
js, React
js, and Node
js
Familiarity with state management libraries (e
g
, Redux)
Experience with front-end frameworks (e
g
, Bootstrap, Material-UI)
Knowledge of RESTful API design principles
Understanding of asynchronous programming and its quirks
Good understanding of server-side templating languages (e
g
, Jade, EJS)
Strong understanding of version control systems (e
g
, Git)
Experience with server deployment, configuration, and maintenance
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Optional Skills Experience with mobile development frameworks such as Flutter or React Native
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes)
Education and Experience Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
