Senior Backend Developer - .Net Technologies (7-10 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems using the .NET framework. This role requires expertise in API development, database management, and performance optimization, along with a collaborative mindset to work effectively within a cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities :

Backend Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance backend applications using .NET Core/.NET Framework.

- Implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and web services to support frontend and third-party integrations.

Database Management :

- Develop and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures.

- Work with relational databases like SQL Server or PostgreSQL and ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.

- Manage database performance, indexing, and query optimization.

Code Quality and Performance :

- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural principles.

- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in backend systems.

Integration and Deployment :

- Collaborate with DevOps to integrate CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing.

- Work with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud for application deployment and management.

Collaboration and Documentation :

- Work closely with frontend developers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Document technical designs, APIs, and development processes for internal use and future reference.

Required Skills and Experience :

Technical Skills :

.NET Development :

- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework.

- Experience with Entity Framework/Core or other ORM tools.

API and Microservices :

- Experience in developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with tools like Swagger for API documentation.

Database Management :

- Proficiency in SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar relational databases.

- Knowledge of database optimization and query performance tuning.

Cloud and Deployment :

- Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

Version Control and CI/CD :

- Proficient in version control systems like Git.
