What this role is about: Talent, Talent and Talent!
As Talent Acquisition Champion for Tech and Product, you are tasked with building great teams and a phenomenal company. As a great talent partner you not only understand what key objectives the teams that you support are, you effectively contribute to the team success by shaping the talent onboarded. You are constantly evaluating the recruiting processes and collecting feedback from hiring teams and candidates. Tracking success with metrics and data is core to your own success.
At Fi Money you will:
work with a small team of leaders obsessed about talent, data and candidate experience
create a strategic roadmap around talent and people
analyze the talent market and develop path-breaking strategies that don t over index on compensation but team talent, culture & learning opportunities
use data and storytelling skills to persuasively communicate your recommendations and influence decisions by building consensus and mobilizing towards execution
You should apply if:
You have a minimum 5 years of talent / recruiting skills in Engineering + Product and have hired across levels
You are obsessed about people and have been waiting for an opportunity to redefine talent acquisition in India and want to be known as a talent genius
You are a builder of fantastic teams with a focus on building networks across the talent spectrum
Are fanatical about data, insights and believe that your role is about influencing the whole organization around talent with data and metrics
