Envestnet is seeking a passionate and talented Lead - Scrum and Agile Practice to join our Scrum and Agile Practice team.

Job Responsibilities:

Agile Expertise. Champion and reinforce Agile principles in the Scrum framework for 2-3 teams
Psychological Safety. Promote a safe environment for team members to express ideas, ask questions, and voice concerns constructively.
Growth Mindset. Foster continuous improvement by guiding the team to self-reflect, identify opportunities, be open and transparent about failure, and improve through experimentation.
Predictability. Capture metrics and team health data to improve forecasts and help the team maintain a sustainable pace.
Flexibility. Be curious. Provide the right amount of support with the goal of leading the team to learn and maintain healthy Agile habits and become self-managing.
Support: Remove impediments that would prevent the team from achieving its sprint and release goals (internal and external to the team).
Advocate: Support organizational objectives and participate in new process

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Leader who serves mentality - you re there to support and drive your scrum teams.
Broad experience in software development processes
Detail oriented with an ability to support multiple initiatives
Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance or Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum Org

Preferred Qualifications:

Understanding of CRM and API development
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Professional experience in the financial services industry
Advanced Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance or Professional Scrum Master II from Scrum Org
