We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, and a proven track record in organic lead generation. You should also be confident in presenting videos and engaging with audiences to enhance brand visibility and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

*Develop and implement effective social media strategies tailored for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn to grow brand awareness and engagement.

*Create and manage content calendars, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging across platforms.

*Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and written content.

*Actively present in video content, showcasing the brand and engaging with the audience.

*Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and strategy.

*Generate organic leads through strategic content planning, community engagement, and platform-specific techniques.

*Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices for social media platforms.

*Build and nurture online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.

*Coordinate with internal teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.

Requirements:

*Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or in a similar role.

*Expertise in managing and growing Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn accounts.

*Strong video presentation skills and confidence in front of the camera.

*Demonstrated success in organic lead generation through social media.

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Malayalam.

*Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.

*Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

*Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
