Lead pre-engagement cycle during the sales process, including responding to RFPs/RFIs, conducting product demos, and addressing technical questions and concerns.
Own the pre-sales strategies and proposals that align with customer needs and business goals.
(a) Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and design tailored solutions using Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, JSM etc.).
(b) Develop and present solution diagrams, technical proposals, and proof-of-concepts to customers (c) Lead and Coordinate with solution/ technical experts for consistent solution creation, efforts estimations, validation and submission to the customer
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in customer organizations.
Work closely with customers to understand their business processes, pain points, and objectives to recommend the most suitable Atlassian solutions.
Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to delivery team for execution
Provide guidance on integration of Atlassian products with other systems and tools used by the customer.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers and internal teams to enhance their knowledge and skills in using Atlassian products.
Create and maintain documentation, tutorials, and other resources to support customer education and adoption.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or similar role. Proven experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, JSM, etc.).
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Groovy.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps tools is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) in relevant areas.
