What you will do:

• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals.
• Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instance and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements.
• Communicate with project managers, clients and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
• Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.
• Interact directly with clients, managers and end users as necessary to analyse project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactions with internal Salesforce instances.
• Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow.

• Proficient with Apex, Visual Force, Batch classes, Lightning, Native, MySQL and JavaScript.
• Experience developing customer-facing user interfaces.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce IDE (Integrated Development Environment) .
• Hands-on experience with different types of tools of Salesforce IDE.
• Well-versed with the Lightning framework.
• Proficient understanding of Salesforce administration, including Salesforce lightning framework, Salesforce service cloud and Salesforce marketing cloud.
• Understanding of Salesforce data model, including standard and custom objects, relationships and fields.

Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science/ IT / Computer Applications

Experience: Minimum 7 years experience in Salesforce Application Development

CTC: As per company standard

Must have skills :

• Apex, Visual Force, Batch classes, Lightning, Native, MySQL and JavaScript.
• Salesforce certifications, like Platform Developer I or II, App Builder or Administrator.
• Ability to work with Salesforce Community Cloud or other collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of DevOps and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery.
• Add certification requirement, Applicant should have these certification Admin, PD1 and PD2.
