Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct chemical testing, analysis, and research to ensure quality control of sugar products.
  
• Develop and implement new methods for improving production processes at the plant.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations in the workplace.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product development and manufacturing.
  
• Maintain accurate records of test results, data analysis, and reporting.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience as a chemist in a similar industry (sugar plant).
  
• Strong knowledge of chemical analysis, chemical research, and chemical testing techniques.
  
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment such as spectrophotometers, chromatographs etc.
