Job Description

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or HR role is an advantage but not required.
Youll be working in close partnership with our HR Business Partner, to administer all HR interventions globally.


Your day-to-day role will include:
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating the induction sessions.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents, such as contracts, probation and confirmation letters and policy updates.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Help organize and coordinate HR events and activities, such as employee engagement initiatives and training sessions.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance employee experience.
  • Assist the HR team with their daily tasks and handle any ad hoc requests as needed.
