Your day-to-day role will include:
Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating the induction sessions.

Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents, such as contracts, probation and confirmation letters and policy updates.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.
