Manager - Packaging Development

We are looking for Manager Packaging Development

Qualification: Graduate/Engineering/Post Graduate IIP/SIES school of Packaging

Experience: 8 - 12 years relevant experience in packaging development and minimum 3 years into team management

Location: Mumbai - Andheri

Required Skills:

• MS-Word, Excel, Powerpoint presentation
• Knowledge of Coral Draw, Adobe Illustrator
• Handling of packaging software like Harmony or any other software

Roles & Responsibility:

Operational:

• Monitor and ensure all AW process to be completed as per timeline
• New vendor assessment for US/EU market
• Tracking all AW development activities
• Tracking all the open QAMS activities handled by documentation person and align with plant team if any pending activities for particular month
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvements in existing / new products
• Tracking of mold development activities as per project timeline

Quality Compliance:

• Connect with quality team for all QAMS activities & take update from documentation team on the every bi weekly status
• Overall control of packing material shade cards & tracking of the same

Stakeholder management:

• Handle the internal module like US/Sofra business/CMO/Confira
• Provide timely response to suppliers/internal team members queries
• Address all queries/concerns and discuss with the manager
• Keep in touch with outside designers/artist if any AW related queries

Documentation:

• Followup with vendor for technical documentation
• Take the weekly update on the project and ensure no delay in implementation of the projects for next month requirement
• Discuss monthly report with the manager
• Ensure all data related to packaging is updated in the system
