1.To make sure all Budgets are made to run the plant efficiently.

5.Develop and execute comprehensive capacity planning strategies across each production line to ensure efficient resource utilization

6.Create and manage monthly production schedules, considering production capacity and customer demand

7.Ensure schedules align with the overall production plan and resource availability

8.Adjust schedules as needed to address any unforeseen issues or changes in demand

9.Plan and coordinate the dispatch of finished automotive products to customers, ensuring on-time delivery.

10.Optimize truck routes and scheduling to minimize delivery costs and meet customer expectations.

11.Manage the allocation and tracking of bins and trolleys for transporting materials and products within the production facility.

12.Organize and oversee regular physical stock-taking procedures to maintain accurate inventory records.

13.Investigate and resolve any discrepancies and discrepancies in stock levels.

14.Monitor and coordinate the collection and disposal of scrap materials and products.

15.Establish and maintain minimum and maximum stock levels for various automotive components and products in the stores.

1.Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

2.Proven experience in production planning, capacity management, and inventory control, preferably in the automotive industry.

3.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.

4.Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies

5.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

6.Capacity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment.

7.Familiarity with production scheduling software and ERP systems is a plus.

8.Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and make real-time decisions.

9.Creative with presentations in various forms: Google slides etc
