Job Description


Technical Writer (2+ Years)
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Writer, you will play a crucial role in creating user manuals, technical guides, and other documentation that aids our customers, partners, and internal teams in understanding and utilizing our products and services.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain clear, accurate, and user-friendly technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure technical accuracy of content.
  • Create and update user manuals, API documentation, release notes, and other technical materials.
  • Conduct research on technical topics to stay current with industry trends and updates.
  • Analyse complex technical information and translate it into easy-to-understand documentation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, to gather information and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Regularly update existing documentation to reflect changes in products or services.
    • Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Experience in Technical Writing for Software Applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient typing skills
  • Proficiency with documentation tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint)
  • Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to various audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality documentation.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and products.
  • Portfolio or writing samples demonstrating technical writing skills is a plus.
  • Knowledge in Banking, EFT, Card Payments will be an added advantage
  • Note: Working from Office is mandatory for this role.
