Salesforce Developer - Apex / Visual Force

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Development :

- Design, develop, and deploy custom Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.

- Develop and maintain complex integrations with third-party systems using APIs and middleware technologies.

- Configure Salesforce workflows, process builder, and validation rules to automate business processes.

- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights.

Requirement Gathering and Analysis :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

- Translate business needs into technical specifications.

- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through Salesforce.

Testing and Quality Assurance :

- Conduct thorough unit, integration, and system testing to ensure solution quality.

- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.

- Adhere to best practices for code quality, security, and performance.

Ongoing Maintenance and Support :

- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for Salesforce applications.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and technologies.

- Proactively identify and implement enhancements to improve system performance and user experience.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Proven experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, validation rules, and security.

- Proficiency in data modeling, integration, and API development.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Salesforce certifications (e., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II) are preferred
