Service Engineer

Commissioning:
1. Collaborate with internal teams & clients to plan and execute the commissioning of new equipment at customer sites.
2. Perform installation and setup tasks according to technical specifications and safety protocols.
3. Conduct thorough testing and verification procedures to ensure equipment functions optimally.
4. Provide initial training to clients on equipment operation and basic maintenance

Service:
1. Respond promptly to customer service requests regarding equipments malfunctions & performance issues.
2. Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems using analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Perform repairs and maintenance tasks to restore equipment functionality and minimize downtime.
4. Maintain detailed service reports and documentation for future reference.

Automation:
1. Identify opportunities for automating equipment operation and processes to improve efficiency.
2. Develop and implement automation solutions using programming languages or scripting tools (if applicable)
3. Configure and integrate automation systems with existing equipment infrastructure.
4. Troubleshoot and maintain automated systems to ensure smooth operation.
