Job Description
- Perform technical review of customer s enquiry and make note of key points
- Get agreement with key stakeholders on offering strategy
- Work with Specialist on customer s non-standard requirements
- Identify clarifications / deviations / assumptions against customer specifications
- Develop timely & error-free proposals
- Assist in resolving technical queries from customers
- Enhance usage tools such as Oracle GQF, CRM, Product Advisor, My Emerson.
- Resolve unclean issues of customer s Purchase Order
- Maintain up to date knowledge of existing products, complete training to develop additional skills and new product knowledge.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business priorities and drive improvement opportunities.
