Job Description

Job Title: Sales Representative (Marketplace and Marketing Services)


Company Overview:

eMedEvents is a pioneering platform dedicated to revolutionizing medical education.

Our online marketplace connects healthcare professionals with a diverse range of

continuing medical education (CME) events. As part of our commitment to enhancing

the experience for event organizers and healthcare providers, we offer specialized

Marketing Services. We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented individuals to join our

team as Sales Representatives, managing both Marketplace and Marketing Services.


Job Summary:

The Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring

new event organizers for the eMedEvents platform and promoting our specialized

Marketing Services. This role involves building and maintaining relationships, meeting

sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the eMedEvents marketplace.


Responsibilities:


Sales and Business Development:

● Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare and

medical education sector.

● Acquire new event organizers for the eMedEvents marketplace.

● Promote and sell eMedEvents Marketing Services to event organizers.


Relationship Management:

● Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing event organizers

to ensure their continued engagement with the platform.

● Foster lasting relationships with clients using Marketing Services.


Market Intelligence:

● Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging

opportunities in the medical education and marketing services space.


Consultative Selling:

● Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand their marketing

goals and challenges.

● Propose customized marketing solutions and marketplace features that

align with clients' objectives.


Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for both the

marketplace and marketing services.

● Effectively communicate the value proposition and unique selling points to

potential clients.


Sales Reporting:

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer

interactions, and progress towards sales targets.

● Generate regular reports to track key performance indicators for both

Marketplace and Marketing Services.


Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

● Provenexperience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry.

● Strongunderstanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.

● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
