Job Description.

Northwest Analytics (NWA) is a pioneering SaaS product within the Embrace portfolio of companies, specializing in analytics-based knowledge solutions for global manufacturers, spanning industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and electronics.

NWA empowers manufacturers to optimize operational efficiency by codifying and amplifying process knowledge across their enterprises.

We are seeking an experienced Client-Side Web Developer with a strong focus on React development and a solid understanding of integrating with backend services and APIs.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality, responsive web applications and be skilled in transforming legacy systems to modern web architectures.

This role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a small, dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain modern, responsive web applications using React.

Integrate front-end components with services and APIs.

Migrate legacy, non-web applications to a modern web architecture.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Work with version control systems (e g, Git) and bug tracking tools to manage codebase and track issues.

Deliver high-quality code from written specifications within agreed timelines.

Requirements.

7-9 years of experience in commercial, modern web development.

5-7 years of experience in React development with a client-side focus.

Strong knowledge of Material-UI (MUI) and other relevant web packages (state management, context, routing, forms, etc).

Experience with a variety of web browsers, mobile devices, and different form factors.

Proven commercial experience in transforming legacy applications into modern web-based solutions.

Working knowledge of REST API integration.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Demonstrated ability to contribute to small team success and work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
